Blueberry Breakfast Parfait


Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 1 single serve container of soy yogurt (peach or strawberry is good!)
  • 1 handful of fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 maple flavored crunchy granola bar broken into small pieces (I use Nature Valley)


Directions:


Mix soy yogurt, fresh blueberries, and
crunchy granola bar pieces in a cup.
That's it! So yummy. and takes less
than a minute.


Serves: 1
