  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes or equivalent amount of fresh tomatos
  • salt (only if using fresh tomatoes)
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 8 Shitake mushrooms, sliced into thin strips
